Nanny to Private Family
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and nurturing full-time nanny to provide exceptional care for a private family of four. This role involves frequent domestic and international travel, requiring flexibility, discretion, and a passion for working with children. This candidate will work alongside another nanny, who will cover the needs of one child, while you support the other child.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in private childcare.
- Formal training in child development; CPR & First Aid certified.
- Strong swimmer and physically active.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Valid U.S. passport or Green Card with ability to travel extensively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure children’s safety and well-being.
- Engage in creative, active, and educational play.
- Maintain and support daily routines, including meals and sleep schedules.
- Prepare for and assist with child-related travel needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and childcare team.
- Organize and participate in developmentally appropriate activities.
Schedule:
- 4 days on/3 days off.
- 12-hour daytime shifts.
- Flexible to accommodate family’s travel schedule, including holidays.
Compensation:
- $45/hr, comprehensive benefits, 401K, vacation, sick leave
